AllDoc brings everyday document tasks into one calm, practical workspace. Our mission is to help people spend less time wrestling with files and more time using the information inside them.

Built around your next task

Convert a simple report into a shareable PDF. Add a date to a form. Put pages in order, combine documents, or create a smaller attachment. AllDoc focuses on these everyday jobs with visible controls, clear limits, and downloadable results. Your original document stays on your device, unchanged by the service.

A transparent architecture

The browser provides the workspace and sends a selected file to the AllDoc server when you run a tool. The server uses open-source document libraries for PDF manipulation, Office archive optimization, password locking/unlocking, image exports and reverse format conversion. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text PDF export use our Raspberry Pi LibreOffice engine over a private authenticated connection. It runs in a container without network access or mounted personal folders. This version has no paid conversion provider. Public pages are hosted on Netlify, with document processing on our Pi through Cloudflare Tunnel. The Android app adds on-device document scanning and uses the same Pi API for conversions.

PDF previews and editing use short-lived server memory. AllDoc does not deliberately store uploaded documents or passwords on disk. See the Privacy Policy for the exact temporary memory windows and the separate retention rule for contact messages.

Useful features, honest boundaries

AllDoc adds no watermark. Text and drawn signatures are added as vector elements to supported PDFs. The Pi Office engine supports document layouts and compatible fonts; exact Microsoft Office rendering cannot be guaranteed. The basic fallback, when no Pi is configured, supports readable text and tables only. Searchable OCR uses Tesseract, HTML export uses WeasyPrint, and local IndicTrans2 translation covers English and supported Indian languages. OCR and translation may need corrections; translated documents use a new text layout. Forgotten-password recovery is not included. We show these limits before you process a document, rather than claiming every result is perfect.
