Use AllDoc for documents you own or have permission to process. Keep your original files and review each result before relying on it.
The service
AllDoc provides document conversion, PDF editing and page organization, lossless archive optimization, optional image compression, OCR, machine translation, and locking/unlocking with a known file-open password. This build uses no paid conversion API and charges no per-file fee. No subscription or payment has been activated. Internet access, a future hosting plan, or other services may have separate costs; this does not promise unlimited computing capacity.
Fair usage
Upload one document up to 8 MiB for conversion, compression or unlocking. The PDF editor supports up to 150 pages in a workspace; format conversion supports up to 100 PDF pages. The Pi Office engine supports DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX and UTF-8 TXT; complex Microsoft Office features and unavailable fonts may render differently. Conversion requests are limited to 20 per connection address per ten minutes, with bounded concurrent processing. Android scanning supports up to 20 pages per scan; the 8 MiB upload limit remains separate. Scan-image compression accepts up to 24 MiB; other uploads normally allow 8 MiB. OCR and translated PDF inputs allow five pages, translation allows 12,000 characters, and redaction/text replacement allow 30 pages. Multi-image export accepts up to 20 images totaling 8 MiB. One advanced document job is processed at a time. Technical limits may be lowered to protect availability. Do not automate bulk requests, overwhelm processing capacity, probe other users’ download links, upload malware, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Your permission and responsibilities
You retain your rights in your files. By submitting a file you authorize only the processing needed for your chosen operation and its temporary download. You are responsible for having the necessary permission and for complying with applicable law. Unlocking requires the correct password you already know; it is not password recovery, guessing, DRM removal or removal of every editing restriction. Do not use it to access another person’s protected material.
Conversion and editing limitations
Basic Word/Excel conversion can omit images, charts, original fonts, headers, footers and print formatting. PDF extraction does not restore original Office formulas or guarantee reading order, and the ordinary PDF-to-Office tools do not OCR scanned pages. The separate OCR tool reads printed scans; OCR and machine translation may contain errors and do not preserve an editable copy of the original layout. Compression may produce no size saving. Scan-image compression is lossy; no fixed final size or unchanged image quality is guaranteed. A drawn signature is a visual mark, not a certificate-backed digital signature. Adding a white shape or text is not secure redaction. Use the dedicated Redact control: it rebuilds all pages as flattened images with the selected regions erased and removes original text, metadata and attachments. Review every selected region; unselected visible information remains. Simple text replacement also flattens pages and supports single-line selectable matches. HTML export blocks external resources and scripts. Signed files and some advanced forms are unsupported. Always inspect the downloaded result, especially for financial, medical, legal or other consequential uses.
Availability and temporary files
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation, conversion accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. Temporary files expire as described in the Privacy Policy. AllDoc is not a file backup service. Keep the original and download the result promptly.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of or inability to use the service. This disclaimer does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory remedies. No claim in these terms is intended to override those rights.
Advertising, links and changes
Ads are currently disabled. Any future ads will be labeled and will follow the applicable privacy and consent arrangements. External sites have their own policies.
